These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to any player who accesses or uses the rm89 platform (https://rm89.today). By accessing rm89, opening an account, or placing a bet, you are considered to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform.
This document is written in Burmese and is intended for players residing in Myanmar. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Burmese version shall be considered the authoritative reference.
1. General Terms
rm89 is an online casino and football betting platform designed for Myanmar players. Wherever the terms "platform" or "we" appear in these Terms of Service, they refer to rm89. Wherever "player" or "you" appear, they refer to the person accessing and using this platform.
When a player accesses the platform, opens an account, and places bets, they are considered to have agreed to these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These policies form an inseparable part of these Terms.
rm89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.1 Purpose of Service
rm89's services are intended for entertainment and enjoyment. We strive to provide players with fair and secure games without censorship. Players' funds and personal information are protected with SSL encryption.
2. User Eligibility
To use the rm89 platform, you must meet the following requirements—
- You must be 21 or older. rm89 will not provide services to any player under the age of 21.
- Each player is permitted to open only one account. Opening a second or third account is not allowed.
- You may not use funds that are not your own — the use of borrowed money or another person's funds for betting is strictly prohibited.
- Accessing and playing from a country or region where such activity is prohibited is not permitted.
- A stable internet connection capable of supporting casino and football betting services is required.
rm89 may verify a player's eligibility at any time and may request documentation for further verification if necessary. Accounts of players who provide incorrect information may be suspended.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Information Required for Registration
Players must register with accurate personal information. You are personally responsible for ensuring that your name, date of birth, and contact details are correct. An account opened with false information may be closed and any funds in that account may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account password secure. The account must not be shared with, lent to, or handed over to any third party. Any bet placed from your account will be considered as placed by you personally.
If any unexpected access to your account occurs, contact rm89 customer support immediately.
3.3 One Account Per Person
rm89 can detect two accounts being used simultaneously by the same player, from the same household, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method. If this is found to have occurred, the second account will be closed and its funds may be forfeited.
4. Deposit / Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
Deposits at rm89 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks for all payment methods.
- Players must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from a third party's account are not permitted.
- After a successful deposit, the amount will be credited to the player's account within the time stated.
- If a deposit is unsuccessful, contact customer support — please verify in advance that any loss of funds is not rm89's responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour.
- Players are expected to withdraw using the same payment method they used to deposit.
- Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made — please see the Bonus section below.
- To protect against fraudulent withdrawals, rm89 may review any pending withdrawal at any time and request additional documentation if needed.
- rm89 reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal suspected of involving money laundering.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
rm89 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks; deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 620,000 Ks.
The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made (wagering requirement). For example — a 40,000 Ks bonus requires 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks in total wagers before the bonus portion can be withdrawn.
5.2 How to Claim a Bonus and Restrictions
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
- If a bonus expires during the claim period, it will no longer be available — check the platform for the validity period of each bonus offer.
- Bonus funds are kept separate and cannot be mixed with real money funds. Once your real money balance runs out, play continues using your bonus balance.
- rm89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
5.3 VIP Program
rm89 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — which players can move through based on their activity. Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%.
6. Gameplay Restrictions
Players at rm89 must respect the following gameplay restrictions—
- Bets cannot be changed once placed, and no withdrawal is permitted until the outcome of that round is confirmed.
- If a software glitch occurs during gameplay, any winnings arising from that round may be voided.
- Artificial bet patterns such as bonus hunting or arbitrage betting are not permitted — accounts found to be doing this may be closed.
- For football bets, no refund will be issued until the result is confirmed — refunds apply only in the case of a void bet.
rm89 monitors all gameplay continuously and will take firm action against any fraudulent players detected.
7. Responsible Gaming
rm89 believes gaming should be for entertainment. We take the following steps to help prevent the negative effects of problem gambling—
- Players can contact customer support to set their own deposit limits or session limits.
- If gaming causes any personal problems, please contact us 24/7.
- If you request self-exclusion, rm89 will action it immediately.
- Gaming by anyone under 21+ is strictly prohibited.

8. Financial Transactions
8.1 Currency Exchange Rate
All financial transactions at rm89 are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. rm89 accepts no responsibility for any matters related to currency exchange rates.
8.2 Tax Obligations
Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings earned at rm89. rm89 does not provide any tax advice to players.
8.3 Anti-Money Laundering
rm89 strictly prohibits money laundering. We investigate suspicious transactions and reserve the right to place a hold on withdrawals and take legal action where necessary.
9. Account Suspension and Restrictions
rm89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—
- A breach of these terms and conditions is detected
- The account was registered using false personal information
- Money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected
- Bonus abuse is detected
- Repeated software exploitation is found
- A player under 21+ is found to be playing
If a player believes something is unfair, they can contact customer service to raise the issue, and rm89 will respond within 7 days.
10. Personal Data Protection

11. Usage Restrictions
11.1 Platform Ownership
The rm89 platform, software, design, content and any related intellectual property are owned by rm89. Players may not copy, distribute or modify any of these for any purpose.
11.2 Platform Access Restrictions
rm89 reserves the right to restrict platform access for players who engage in disruptive behaviour. These measures are in place to maintain a fair environment on the platform for our player community.
11.3 Software Usage Restrictions
Players may not use digital tools (bots, automation tools, VPN) to manipulate game outcomes or affect the platform. If this is detected, the account may be closed immediately.
12. Terms and Conditions Changes
rm89 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Major changes will be announced with 7 days' notice in advance, while minor changes may take effect immediately.
Players' continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of the latest terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that players revisit this page once a month.
